Sydni Craig-Hart
I enjoy helping people navigate important moments that require notarized documents, whether that means a simple in-office appointment, a mobile signing, an estate plan, or a real estate transaction.
My work includes general notarizations for individuals and families, as well as specialized signing support for attorneys, title and escrow professionals, lenders, real estate professionals, and other business clients.
I am a California-commissioned Notary Public, a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent, and an NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent. My specialized training includes estate-plan signings, trust delivery, and loan signing appointments.
What matters most to me is providing a signing experience that is organized, professional, and easy to understand. I pay close attention to instructions, document handling, and the details that help an appointment go smoothly, while staying within the proper role of a Notary Public.
In addition to Smart Simple Notary, I co-own Suisun Valley Business Solutions in Fairfield, where our notary office is located. I also lead Smart Simple Marketing, the marketing consultancy I co-founded in 2006.
I’m a Bay Area native and, outside of work, I love to entertain, laugh, drink wine, laugh, cook, laugh, travel, laugh, & ANYthing spa-related. 😉
