Service Description
Need a notary to come to you? Smart Simple Notary provides professional mobile notary appointments at homes, offices, hospitals, assisted-living facilities, businesses, and other agreed-upon locations. Our standard mobile appointment includes travel of up to 20 miles roundtrip from our Fairfield office and one notarized signature. Additional notarized signatures are $15 each. Appointments requiring additional travel are quoted based on location. Mobile appointments are available throughout Fairfield, Suisun City, Vacaville, and surrounding communities, with service to other areas of Solano and Napa counties by arrangement. Evening, holiday, urgent, or special-scheduling appointments may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us for availability.
Cancellation Policy
*If there are more than 1 notarization, a $15/per notarization fee will be added Cancellation Fee $55 – A nominal cancellation fee is due and payable if a signer is physically unable to sign or refuses to sign after the notary arrives. We accept Credit Cards and Apple Pay via Square, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and Cash. (We do not have change for cash T transactions, Please have the exact amount.) Checks are not accepted.
