Service Description
Our estate planning service at Smart Simple Notary is meticulously designed to provide you with the utmost care and expertise in handling sensitive and crucial documents. As Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agents, we specialize in notarizing a wide range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, power of attorney forms, and healthcare directives. This package includes: • Printing of up to forty (40) pages • Review and preparation of all documents • Collecting signatures on non-notarized pages (as needed) • Notarizing up to six (6) signatures • One (1) witness • Scanning the final signed documents and notary certificates • Emailing the final documents via secure transmission. Our mobile service adds a layer of convenience, allowing you to complete these critical tasks in the comfort of your home or any location of your choosing in Solano County. Note: Additional printing, notarized signatures, scanning, etc. will be billed at time of service if needed.
Cancellation Policy
*If there are more than 1 notarization, a $15/per notarization fee will be added Cancellation Fee $45 – A nominal cancellation fee is due and payable if a signer is physically unable to sign or refuses to sign after the notary arrives. We accept Credit Cards and Apple Pay via Square, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and Cash. (We do not have change for Cash Transactions, Please have the exact amount.) Checks are not accepted. All fees are non-refundable.
