Service Description
Convenient in-office notary services are available at our Fairfield, California office inside Suisun Valley Business Solutions. The standard California notary fee is $15 per notarized signature. Multiple documents and multiple signers are welcome. Please bring your completed, unsigned documents and an acceptable form of identification. If you are unsure whether your document requires an acknowledgment, jurat, or another notarial act, we can explain the available notarial certificates, but we cannot select one for you or provide legal advice. Appointments are recommended to ensure a notary is available when you arrive.
Cancellation Policy
*If there are more than 1 notarization, a $15/per notarization fee will be added Cancellation Fee $55 – A nominal cancellation fee is due and payable if a signer is physically unable to sign or refuses to sign after the notary arrives. We accept Credit Cards and Apple Pay via Square, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and Cash. (We do not have change for cash T transactions, Please have the exact amount.) Checks are not accepted.
